Piggyback Camera Adapter Plate for Nightfall Ring Platform

(Note:  Camera and ballhead mount are not included)

This piggyback camera adapter plate allows the addition of a ballhead or other camera mount to attach a second camera - aka piggyback - on top of your main imaging system.  This is very popular for tracking Milkyway images using a DSLR or mirrorless with a wide angle lens.

The male thread of this adapter plate is standard photographic 3/8-16 tripod thread and is compatible with most tripod adapters.  These adapter plates were specifically designed and sized for the K&F Concept 32mm BH-32L ballhead which is what we use, but you can use any ballhead or other camera adapter that you desire.

Typical Applications:

• DSLR with wide angle lens
• Tracked Milkyway shots
• DSLR using a medium focal length lens (135mm-200mm) for deep sky imaging

• Piggyback adapter plate with 3/8-16 male thread
• Two (2) screws for mounting to the specific Ring Platform

What's not included in this kit:

• A ballhead adapter is not included in this kit.  We recommend the K&F Concept BH-32L.
