Processing and Shipping Times

All in stock items are shipped within 1 business day. If there is an additional lead time, we will let you know when you place your order.

Shipping / Handling Charges

Domestic shipping will be shipped via USPS or UPS ground. Nightfall Astro reserves the right to choose the appropriate shipping service for the product and destination. If a customer requires a specific shipping service, they must contact the sales department at the time of order. Depending on shipping service selected, additional shipping charges may be required. Shipping and handling charges reflect both actual shipping charges as well as handling, packaging, and transportation time for package drop-off.

Large components or orders may require additional shipping charges. If your order requires additional shipping charges, you will be invoiced separately for the balance in shipping.

Backorders

All partial shipments will be shipped via regular ground service at our expense.

International Orders and Shipping

All foreign orders are shipping via USPS international priority or
international first class unless otherwise noted.  The custom is wholly
responsible for all custom duties, brokerage fees, import taxes, VAT,
and GST charges that are imposed after the sale.  Also, note that
shipping charges estimated for international shipping during the
checkout process are estimates only.  If additional shipping charges are
required for your particular order, you will be invoiced separately for
the balance in shipping costs.  Nightfall Astro does not guarantee shipping or processing times.  All lead times are estimates
only.

Order Cancellations

Before you submit an order, please make sure you really want it.  Once
we have begun processing an order, a 25% restocking fee will be applied,
prior to any refund.  If you do not agree with this policy, please do
not order.

Parts Substitutions

Nightfall Astro reserves the right to substitute components in
all electronic kits and assemblies offered provided that the functional
performance of a kit is not diminished in any way.

General Return Policy

If you feel, for any reason, that  you will have difficulty building any
kit based product purchased from us, you can return it for a refund
minus shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee provides a Return
Authorization (RA) number is obtained first from us by email.  The items
must be returned to us (and insured against damage in transit) at the
customer's expense and received by us in original condition with all
product packaging, documentation, and a copy of the original sales
invoice within 14 days of the original invoice date.  We will not accept
any returned kits where the ESD package has been opened.  International
customers are responsible for all return shipping, customs, import
duties, taxes, VAT, and GST charges.  The RA number must be clearly
stated on the shipping package.  Kits may not be returned for any form
of refund or credit once the inner component packages have been opened
or assembly or construction has started.  Eastern Voltage Research
reserves the right to reject any returned item at any time for any
reason, even if an RA number has been issued and return shipping to the
customer will be at the customer's expense.

Other Terms and Conditions

Nightfall Astro is not responsible for typographical errors
or for incorrect information which may be communicated either verbally
or written (i.e. email) regarding product or support inquiries,
including pricing and production information.

Nightfall Astro reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time and without notice.
